Returns & Exchanges Window
You may return or exchange your shoes within 30 days from the delivery date. Shoes must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In their original packaging, including all tags and accessories
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@nexalitho.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Prepare Your Package: Place your shoes in the original box and packaging.
- Ship It Back: Follow the shipping instructions provided by our support team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned shoes, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size or style, we’ll make it easy. Simply specify your preferred replacement when contacting our support team.
